Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional time depending on complexity. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through USPS only. Available services include:

• USPS First Class

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 on all orders within the United States. No free shipping options are available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS:

• USPS First Class: typically 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

G and G Laser Designs LLC is not responsible for:

• Packages delayed by USPS

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

• Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customers must contact USPS directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing any necessary information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you need to update your address, contact us before your order ships. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Holiday & Peak Season Notes

Processing and delivery times may be longer during November–December and other high‑volume periods. Please order early for holiday delivery.
